A wholesome gluten-free bread made with quinoa and nut flours, perfect for a healthy snack or meal.
Ingredients
Wet ingredients

Dry ingredients

quinoa flour

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix wet and dry to form a sticky dough, then transfer to a prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes, then cool before slicing.
Notes
Let the bread cool completely before slicing to prevent crumbling.
