A wholesome gluten-free bread made with quinoa and nut flours, perfect for a healthy snack or meal.

Ingredients

Wet ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups almond milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Dry ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups quinoa flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup flax meal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.
  • Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix wet and dry to form a sticky dough, then transfer to a prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 60 minutes, then cool before slicing.

Notes

Let the bread cool completely before slicing to prevent crumbling.
