Ingredients
Dry ingredients
1.5cupsrolled oats
0.5cupchocolate protein powder
0.25cupunsweetened cocoa powder
2tablespoonschia seeds
0.25teaspoonsea salt
Wet ingredients
0.5cupcreamy natural peanut butter
0.33cuppure maple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2-3tablespoonswater(as needed)
2tablespoonsadditional cocoa powder (optional)
2tablespoonsshredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
Mix oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt until combined.
Add peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla; mix until a thick dough forms. Add water if too dry.
Rest the mixture for 10 minutes to soften the oats.
Portion and roll into 1-inch balls. Optional: coat in cocoa powder or shredded coconut.
