Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
Slice zucchinis in half lengthwise, scoop out flesh, brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Bake zucchini halves for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook ground meat with onions and garlic, add marinara, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, simmer, then mix in Parmesan.
Fill zucchini shells with meat mixture, top with mozzarella, and bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese melts and zucchini is tender.
Garnish with basil or parsley and serve hot.
