Instructions
Combine grated zucchini, corn, flour, Parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until a small batter drop sizzles.
Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, flatten gently, and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Mix yogurt with lemon juice and chopped herbs until well blended.
