Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 cups cooked turkey breast (julienned)
  • 2 cups smoked provolone (julienned)

Pasta

  • 8 ounces bowtie pasta (farfalle) (cooked according to package directions)

Vegetables

  • 1 large cucumber (seeded and diced)
  • 1/3 cup red onion (diced)
  • 1/3 cup roasted red peppers (diced)
  • 1/3 cup green olives (sliced)

Dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup prepared Italian dressing (e.g., Newman's Own Family Italian)
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1.5 tsp. Dijon mustard

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Combine turkey, provolone, pasta, cucumber, red onion, red peppers, and olives in a large bowl.
  • Mix mayonnaise, Italian dressing, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Add dressing to pasta mixture and toss. Chill before serving.

Notes

Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
