A quick and healthy chia pudding made with yogurt, milk, and honey, perfect for a nutritious breakfast or snack.

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey ( or other sweetener, optional)

Instructions 

  • Mix yogurt, honey, milk, and chia seeds in a jar.
  • Let sit for 2–3 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.
  • Top with fresh fruit before serving.

Adjust sweetness and toppings to taste.
