A vibrant and flavorful salad combining spiced beef, wholesome couscous, and fresh vegetables for a quick and satisfying meal.

Instructions
Coat beef with Moroccan seasoning and cook in a hot pan for 2-5 minutes until browned.
Prepare couscous with hot beef stock, then fluff and add lemon zest, juice, and diced onion.
Divide rocket, grated carrot, and capsicum among bowls, top with couscous, beef, and a dollop of dip.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
