A vibrant and healthy sandwich packed with fresh vegetables, creamy goat cheese, and flavorful red lentil hummus.

red lentil hummus spread

Instructions
Spread red lentil hummus on one slice of toasted bread.
Layer lettuce, tomato, and cucumber on the hummus side.
Spread goat cheese on the second slice of bread.
Add roasted red peppers and sprouts on top of the goat cheese.
Drizzle with balsamic and close the sandwich, then slice and serve.
