Instructions
Cook rice with spices and set aside.
Sauté onions, ginger garlic paste, and potatoes until cooked.

Mix cooked rice with the vegetable mixture, then add grated cabbage, carrot, cilantro, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Divide filling among tortillas, roll up, and serve.
