Ingredients

Pasta (your choice)

  • 200 grams Pasta

Bell peppers

  • 2 pieces Bell peppers (Chopped)

Zucchini

  • 1 medium Zucchini (Chopped)

Carrots

  • 2 medium Carrots (Chopped)

Cherry tomatoes

  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes (Halved)

Olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Garlic

  • 3 cloves Garlic (Minced)

Salt

  • to taste Salt

Pepper

  • to taste Pepper

Parmesan cheese

  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese (Grated)

Basil

  • a handful Basil (Fresh, chopped)

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta according to package; drain.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet; sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add chopped vegetables; cook until tender.
  • Stir in cherry tomatoes; cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Toss pasta with vegetables; season and garnish with cheese and basil.

Notes

Feel free to add more herbs or adjust seasoning to taste.
