Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 ounces egg noodles

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until soft, then add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  • Add mushrooms, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until mushrooms are tender.
  • Mix flour with chicken broth, then pour into skillet; simmer until thickened.
  • Stir in sour cream, cook briefly, then serve over cooked egg noodles, garnished with parsley.
