Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook turkey in a skillet with olive oil until browned, 5-7 minutes.
  • Add vegetables and sauté until tender, 5-7 minutes.
  • Mix heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic, onion, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Combine sauce with turkey and vegetables, then transfer to a greased casserole dish. Top with cheese.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
