Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and cool.
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, turkey, cranberries, celery, red onion, and pecans.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, vinegar, sugar, mustard, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve chilled.
Notes
For added flavor, toast the pecans before adding.
