Ingredients

Canned Goods

  • 1 can water-packed tuna (5 ounces), drained
  • 0.25 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped celery
  • 3 tablespoons finely diced red onion

  • to taste Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup chopped lettuce (romaine or spinach)

Instructions 

  • Mix tuna, Greek yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, celery, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Lay tortillas flat, add lettuce, then spoon tuna mixture over.
  • Fold sides and roll tightly; slice if desired. Serve immediately.
