A quick and tasty tuna sandwich perfect for a satisfying lunch or snack.

Ingredients

Canned Tuna

  • 400 g canned tuna (preferably in oil)
  • 0.5 stalk celery stalk
  • 0.5 red onion red onion
  • 1 piece gherkin
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 100 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 0.5 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 bread rolls bread rolls
  • 4 pieces lettuce

Instructions 

  • Drain the tuna and finely chop celery, onion, gherkin, and parsley. Mix with pickle juice, spices, yogurt, mayo, mustard, and tuna.
  • Season with lemon zest and juice, then divide the mixture onto bread rolls. Add lettuce and serve.

Notes

Use tuna in oil for richer flavor, and adjust seasoning to taste.
