Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Cook pasta in boiling water with stock cube and salt for 2 minutes less than package time. Drain, reserving 80ml pasta water.
Mix cream cheese with half of passata until smooth. Add to pasta with remaining passata, tomatoes, tuna, corn, basil, salt, sweetener, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
Transfer mixture to an ovenproof dish, drizzle with reserved pasta water, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for 20-30 minutes until cheese melts. Garnish with basil and serve.
Notes
Use reduced-fat cheese for a healthier option. Adjust seasoning to taste.
