A flavorful and easy-to-make sandwich combining tuna, pickled peppers, and lemon for a zesty lunch option.
Ingredients

canned tuna, drained

red onion, finely diced

pickled hot peppers, chopped

ciabatta rolls
(or 1 large loaf cut into portions)

lettuce, tomato slices, olive oil
(for optional additions)
Instructions
Drain tuna and transfer to a bowl. Flake with a fork.
Add diced red onion, chopped peppers, lemon juice, salt, and mayonnaise. Mix until combined.
Slice ciabatta rolls horizontally. Optionally brush with olive oil.
Spread tuna mixture on the bottom halves. Add optional lettuce or tomato if desired.
Place top halves over the filling and press gently. Serve immediately.
Notes
For milder heat, remove seeds from peppers before chopping.
