Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ cup Fresh dill, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 stalks Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 tbsp Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions 

  • Mix flour, milk, and salt until smooth.
  • Add eggs and whisk until fully incorporated.
  • Fold in herbs and green onions.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Pour batter, cook until golden, then flip and cook other side.
  • Serve warm with feta, olives, and tea.
