Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix 2 tbsp olive oil and garlic; brush bread slices and bake for 10 minutes.
Reduce balsamic vinegar by half over 8 minutes, then add honey and stir for 2 minutes.
Combine remaining olive oil, tomatoes, onions, salt, and basil.
Top bread slices with mozzarella, spoon tomato mixture, drizzle balsamic glaze, and serve.
