A quick and flavorful stir fry combining tender chicken with crisp vegetables in a savory teriyaki sauce.

Instructions
Prepare all ingredients: chop vegetables, cut chicken, and whisk sauce ingredients.
Coat chicken pieces with garlic powder, pepper, and cornstarch. Cook in batches in hot oil until browned and cooked through, then set aside.
Sauté onions in a teaspoon of oil until fragrant, then add broccoli and peppers; cook until tender-crisp.
Return chicken to pan, add sauce, and cook until thickened, coating everything evenly. Serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust cooking time for softer vegetables if desired.
