Instructions
Cut chicken into uniform pieces.
Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Marinate chicken 30 mins.
Cook chicken in sesame oil until golden, about 5-7 mins per side.
Reduce marinade to a syrupy consistency.
Glaze chicken with sauce, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.
