1cupshredded red cabbage

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let cool slightly and shred with forks.
Toss shredded chicken with 0.5 cup of sweet chili sauce until well coated.
In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro.
Top the salad with the sweet chili coated chicken. Drizzle with extra chili sauce if desired, and garnish with remaining green onions and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges if using.
