Ingredients

Fruits and Dairy

  • 1 large ripe banana (peeled, sliced, and frozen)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup whole milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 large vanilla ice cream (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

Toppings

  • to taste fresh strawberry slices
  • to taste banana chips

Instructions 

  • Add frozen banana, strawberries, milk, ice cream, and honey to blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if needed.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness, then blend briefly again.
