Enjoy these flavorful stuffed bell peppers, packed with savory beef, rice, and tomatoes, baked to perfection.
Ingredients
Bell Peppers

bell peppers (any color)

ground beef

cooked rice

diced tomatoes

onion, chopped

garlic, minced

dried oregano

teaspoon
paprika
to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare peppers by cutting tops and removing seeds.
Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add beef and cook until browned. Mix in rice, tomatoes, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stuff peppers with the meat mixture, top with cheese if desired.
Place peppers in baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute ground beef with beans or vegetables.
