Avocados
4largeavocados(halved and pitted)
1cupcherry tomatoes(sliced in half)
1cupmozzarella pearls
3tablespoonsfresh basil leaves(chopped)
2tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
1tablespoonolive oil

Instructions
Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and arrange on a plate. Scoop out some flesh if desired.
Mix cherry tomatoes and mozzarella pearls in a bowl.
Whisk basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make dressing.
Pour dressing over tomato and mozzarella, toss gently, then fill avocado halves with the mixture.
Garnish with basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
