Instructions
Marinate chicken in lemon juice, garlic, salt, paprika, coriander, cumin, and olive oil for at least 30 minutes.
Cook chicken in a hot pan until browned and cooked through, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
Toast rice with turmeric and cumin, add chicken stock and salt, then simmer covered for 15 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes.
Prepare salad with lettuce, tomato, and onion; season with salt and pepper. Make white sauce and hot sauce mixture.
Combine cooked chicken with rice, then serve on flatbread or pita, topped with sauces, cilantro, and salad.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight and serve with warm flatbread.
