A refreshing and healthy smoothie perfect for breakfast or a snack, blending fresh or frozen strawberries with creamy yogurt and milk.
Ingredients

strawberries
(fresh or frozen)

plain Greek yogurt

cup
milk
(dairy or almond)

tsp
honey or maple syrup
(optional)

vanilla extract

ice cubes
(if using fresh fruit)
Instructions
Wash fresh strawberries and remove green hulls, or use frozen strawberries directly.
Add milk and yogurt to the blender, then add strawberries, honey, and vanilla.
Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth and vibrant pink.
If using fresh strawberries, add ice and blend again until chilled and smooth.
Pour into a glass and garnish with a whole strawberry if desired.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, add more ice or frozen strawberries.
