A refreshing and healthy smoothie perfect for breakfast or a snack, blending fresh or frozen strawberries with creamy yogurt and milk.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1.5 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup milk (dairy or almond)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)

Instructions 

  • Wash fresh strawberries and remove green hulls, or use frozen strawberries directly.
  • Add milk and yogurt to the blender, then add strawberries, honey, and vanilla.
  • Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth and vibrant pink.
  • If using fresh strawberries, add ice and blend again until chilled and smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with a whole strawberry if desired.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more ice or frozen strawberries.
