Ingredients

Base Layer

  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt (Greek or plant-based alternatives optional)
  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 1 cup granola (homemade or low-calorie preferred)
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional – for extra sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional – for extra fiber and nutrition)

Instructions 

  • Layer yogurt, strawberries, and granola in a glass.
  • Repeat layers until full.
  • Drizzle honey or sprinkle chia seeds on top.
