Ingredients
Cooked Quinoa
2cupscooked and cooled white quinoa
Liquid
0.25cupunsweetened almond milk
2Tablespoonspure maple syrup (divided)
Flavorings
1teaspoonvanilla
pinchsea salt
Greek Yogurt
1cupplain Greek yogurt((I like Stonyfield organic))
Fresh Berries
2cupschopped strawberries
Instructions
Cook 1 cup dry quinoa, cool, and chill for 1-2 hours.
Mix 2 cups cooled quinoa, almond milk, 1 tbsp maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
Combine Greek yogurt with remaining 1 tbsp maple syrup.
Layer quinoa mixture, yogurt, and berries in glasses. Repeat layers and top with berries.
