A delicious and refreshing homemade frozen yogurt made with fresh strawberries and Greek yogurt, perfect for a hot day.
Ingredients
Fruits

fresh strawberries
(quartered or sliced)

tablespoons
granulated sugar

teaspoon
fresh lemon juice

cup
full-fat plain Greek yogurt
(such as Fage 2 or 5)

honey

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Add strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice; toss and sit for 30 minutes.
Blend strawberries and juices with yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour into a container and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Churn in ice cream maker for 25-30 minutes until soft serve.
For scoopable yogurt, freeze for 2 hours, then let sit at room temperature 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
