Ingredients

  • 1 piece banana (ripe)

Dairy/Plant-based Milk

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

Optional Add-ins

  • 0.5 cup yogurt (for added creaminess)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)

Instructions
