A quick and delicious stir-fry combining tender chicken, flavorful garlic, and vibrant vegetables tossed with noodles for a satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

Sauces and Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Chicken

  • boneless, skinless chicken thighs chicken thighs

Noodles

  • 1 type egg noodles, rice noodles, or whole wheat noodles

Cooking Oil

Vegetables

  • chopped bell peppers
  • chopped carrots
  • chopped snap peas

Additional Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • pinch black pepper black pepper

Garnishes

  • sliced green onions green onions (for garnish)
  • sesame seeds sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Combine soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic in a bowl. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, and toss with a little oil. Set aside.
  • Stir-fry marinated chicken in a hot skillet with oil until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Stir-fry chopped vegetables in the same skillet until tender yet crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Return chicken to skillet, add noodles, soy sauce, honey, and black pepper. Toss until heated through and well combined. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
