Instructions
Mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate steak 30 min to 8 hrs.
Heat skillet and sear steak 3-4 min per side. Rest 5 min, then slice against grain.
Fluff rice with lime zest, lime juice, cilantro, olive oil, and salt.
Prepare yogurt drizzle by mixing lime juice, Greek yogurt, and a pinch of salt.
