Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt; stir into cooked rice. Spread in a baking dish and sprinkle furikake.
Combine salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, and cream cheese; spread over rice and furikake.
Bake 15-20 minutes until golden. Garnish with green onions and shredded nori. Serve with seaweed snacks.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sesame seeds or a drizzle of soy sauce before serving.
