A flavorful and spicy Korean-inspired beef bowl that's quick to prepare and perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Meat and Rice

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Vegetables and Sauces

  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot julienned carrot
  • 2 green onions chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds for garnish Sesame seeds

Instructions 

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  • Add gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, beef mixture, broccoli, and carrots. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust spice levels to taste.
