Instructions
Wash and break the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
Mix olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper; brush over cauliflower and roast at 180°C for 20-30 minutes.
Combine yogurt, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper to make garlic yogurt.
Heat olive oil, add minced garlic, chili flakes, paprika, then stir in parsley, coriander, lemon juice, scallions, and seasonings to make lemon herb oil.
Assemble by spreading yogurt in bowls, adding roasted cauliflower, and drizzling with lemon herb oil.
Garnish with herbs and serve.
