Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

Oil

  • 2 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced

  • 1 2 tsp salt

Tortillas & Vegetables

  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 whole lime, cut into wedges

Instructions 

  • Combine shrimp with olive oil, minced chipotle, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
  • Cook shrimp in a pan over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
