Enjoy these flavorful spicy buffalo chicken wraps, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal for two.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 12 oz chicken breasts (about 2 medium breasts, cooked and shredded)
  • 80 ml hot sauce (about 3/4 cup)
  • 30 g unsalted butter (melted, 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 50 g shredded lettuce
  • 60 g shredded cheddar cheese (about 1/2 cup)
  • 60 ml ranch dressing (about 1/4 cup)
  • 50 g small carrot (julienned)
  • 40 g celery stalk (thinly sliced)

Instructions 

  • If you don t have cooked chicken, poach or grill chicken breasts in salted water for 12 minutes, then cool and shred.
  • Melt butter, whisk with hot sauce and garlic powder. Toss shredded chicken in sauce mixture.
  • Chop lettuce, carrots, and celery. Warm tortillas in microwave for 10 seconds.
  • Spread ranch dressing on tortillas, add chicken mixture, then top with lettuce, carrots, celery, and cheese. Roll up and cut in half.
  • Optionally toast seam side down in a skillet for a crispy finish.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast the wraps after rolling for a crispy texture.
