Enjoy tender, flavorful smoked turkey thighs enhanced with balsamic vinegar and olive oil for a delicious main dish.
Ingredients

bone-in, skin-on turkey thighs
(about 5 pounds)

tablespoons
olive oil
2
tablespoons
balsamic vinegar
2
tablespoons
poultry seasoning
(or your preferred All-Purpose Seasoning)
Instructions
Preheat smoker to 180°F. Pat thighs dry and mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar.
Brush underside of thighs with oil-vinegar mixture, sprinkle with poultry seasoning, then flip and repeat on skin side.
Place thighs skin-side up on the smoker and smoke for 45 minutes.
Increase temperature to 375°F and cook until internal reaches 165°F, checking every 10 minutes.
Remove from smoker and let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
