A vibrant and nutritious slaw combining colorful vegetables and seeds, dressed with a zesty lemon garlic dressing.
Ingredients

Instructions
Combine cabbage, carrots, and parsley in a bowl.
Toast seeds in a skillet until fragrant, then add to the bowl.
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt to make the dressing.
Drizzle dressing over the slaw and toss to coat. Adjust lemon juice if needed.
Serve immediately or refrigerate to marinate.
Notes
