Instructions
Combine salsa, mango, and ketchup in a small bowl; set aside.
Mix taco seasoning and olive oil; coat shrimp and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until pink.
Spread coleslaw on tortillas, top with salsa mixture and cooked shrimp.
Fold tortillas over filling and serve with sour cream.
