A delicious and easy shrimp salad served in soft buns, perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner.

Ingredients

  • 750 g shrimp
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 2 bell pepper diced bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup greek yoghurt
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onion
  • 0.25 cup chopped pickles
  • 8 hot dog buns hot dog buns

Instructions 

  • Melt butter in a skillet and cook shrimp for 2 minutes until opaque.
  • Cool shrimp, then mix with paprika, salt, pepper, pickles, green onion, parsley, bell pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and yoghurt.
  • Scoop mixture into buns, sprinkle with paprika, and serve.

Notes

Use fresh shrimp for best flavor and texture.
