A delicious and easy shrimp salad served in soft buns, perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner.

Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet and cook shrimp for 2 minutes until opaque.
Cool shrimp, then mix with paprika, salt, pepper, pickles, green onion, parsley, bell pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and yoghurt.
Scoop mixture into buns, sprinkle with paprika, and serve.
