Instructions
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, dill, garlic, and salt to make marinade.
Toss shrimp in marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Preheat grill or grill pan. Grill shrimp 3-4 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Cut pitas in half, spread tzatziki inside, and fill with vegetables and grilled shrimp.
Top with crumbled feta and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
