A delicious shrimp flatbread topped with cheeses, herbs, and spices, baked to perfection for a flavorful appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 package Naan flatbread
  • 1 stick garlic butter

Cheese

  • 1/2 cup shaved parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Seafood

  • 1 pound large shrimp

Vegetables & Herbs

  • 1 bundle basil
  • 3 tablespoons diced red onion

Seasonings & Condiments

  • 2 teaspoons peppercorn seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread garlic butter over naan. Add parmesan, mozzarella, cooked shrimp, red onion, and basil. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Garnish with red pepper flakes and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
