Instructions
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Drain and shred the tofu. Sauté with garlic, smoked paprika, and vegetable oil until browned.
Mix shredded tofu with barbecue sauce and cooked rice.
Warm tortillas and fill with tofu mixture, spinach, cabbage, corn, vegan mayonnaise, and chipotle sauce.
Wrap and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the tofu in barbecue sauce before cooking.
