These savory tuna muffins are a quick and nutritious snack, packed with vegetables and cheese for a delicious bite.
Ingredients
Canned Tuna

Tuna (185g, drained and shredded)
(in brine)

(finely diced)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F / 170C and grease muffin tray.
Sauté onion until softened.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Spoon mixture into muffin tray, filling all 12 holes.
Bake for 30 minutes, then cool before removing.
Notes
Use a non-stick spray or butter to ensure muffins come out easily.
