A delicious and nutritious layered parfait combining Greek yogurt, chickpeas, fresh herbs, and savory pesto for a satisfying meal or snack.

Instructions
Make pesto: Blend arugula, basil, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and water until smooth.
Layer yogurt, arugula, chickpeas, more yogurt, pesto, and granola in jars or bowls. Repeat layers and top with granola.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
