3tbspsoy sauce or tamari

Spicy Sauce
2tbspgochujang Korean chili paste
1tbsphoney or maple syrup
1tbspsoy sauce
1tbspsesame oil

Instructions
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onion, and rice vinegar in a bowl. Marinate sliced steak for at least 30 minutes.
Whisk gochujang, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, water, and garlic in a small bowl to make the spicy sauce. Set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, cook marinated steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
Divide rice into bowls, top with steak, shredded carrots, cucumber, kimchi, drizzle with spicy sauce, and add fried or soft-boiled eggs. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
Marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes for best flavor, but 15 minutes can work in a pinch.
