Ingredients

Dough

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Topping

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese

Crushed chips for garnish

Chicken Mixture

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 3/4 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup spicy sauce such as sriracha
  • 2 1/2 tbsp chili sauce

Extra

  • optional Fresh lettuce

Instructions 

  • Combine water, sugar, and yeast; let sit 5 minutes. Add oil, yogurt, flour, and salt; knead and let rise 1 hour.
  • Sauté onion, cook chicken with spices until browned, then set aside.
  • Mix mayonnaise, spicy sauce, and chili sauce for the spicy sauce.
  • Divide dough into 8, roll into circles, top with cream cheese, chicken, cheese, and onion.
  • Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
  • Drizzle with sauce, garnish with crushed chips and lettuce if desired, then serve.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients and ensure the dough doubles in size before baking.
