2cupscheese (shredded; divided in half)

0.5teaspoondried oregano
0.25teaspoonsalt
0.25teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Cook quinoa as per package instructions; steam broccoli until tender.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix cooked quinoa, chicken, broccoli, beaten egg, chicken stock, 1 cup cheese, and spices.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x9 inch dish, top with remaining cheese, cover, and bake for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 5-10 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
